Providing qualified personnel to work under the clients' direction is ICS's largest area of expertise. We provide a full range of craft, operations, labor, technical and supervisory personnel in both large and small numbers for short or long-term assignments. These employees remain ICS employees througout their assignment. All statutory taxes, insurance and benefits are provided by ICS. Clients pay hourly billing rate for all hours worked and at the end of the assignment, workers are reassigned to other ICS clients or are released — thereby the customer is relieved of termination paperwork and administration.

ICS maintains a sophisticated database of personnel who are available for assignments. This database can be quickly searched by multiple categories (education, experience, specialty, etc.) to match data with customer requirements.
